China recently achieved a significant milestone in hydrogen energy transportation by successfully completing its first high-pressure pure hydrogen pipeline test.

This advancement, conducted at a PipeChina site in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, marked a crucial step in developing infrastructure to support large-scale and low-cost hydrogen transportation.

The test included filling a pipeline with hydrogen at 6.3 MPa and a burst test at 9.45 MPa, both yielding successful outcomes. This initiative is part of China's broader efforts to integrate hydrogen into its energy matrix, aligning with global movements toward sustainable energy sources.
